We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this website, and the contact form does not record your IP address or browser details. Like any website, the services that host and deliver it may keep their own operational records — see Service providers.

We use what you send us to:

• respond to your inquiry;
• communicate with you about NexBayan services in connection with it;
• understand what your organization needs;
• discuss a demo, a pilot, collaboration, or other legitimate questions about the platform;
• keep reasonable business and security records where that applies.

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. NexBayan does not operate a marketing mailing list for website visitors, and we do not treat your inquiry as consent to marketing.

NexBayan uses an email service provider to deliver contact inquiries to the NexBayan team. When you submit the form, the details above are sent by email to our inquiry mailbox. Your email address is set as the reply address on that message so we can reply to you directly.

The provider processes the message in order to deliver it, which is an ordinary part of how email works.

Access to inquiry information is intended to be limited to persons authorized to handle NexBayan communications, operations or related support.

Email is not a confidential channel. Messages pass through the providers that send, carry and store them, and the people who administer those systems may in principle be able to access what they hold. Please do not send sensitive personal information, credentials or confidential records through this form.

Inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, manage legitimate business or security needs, and meet applicable obligations.

NexBayan relies on third-party services to host this website and to deliver email. In providing those services, they may process the limited information necessary to do so — for hosting, the ordinary request records a web host keeps; for email, the contents of the message being delivered.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share inquiry information with third parties for their own marketing.
